How can I get a graphics style like criminality to be more specific
I need dark graphics, but Roblox does not have that style as default if I create it
Is there a way to find videos that teach me? Or does it take a script method?

Like @skylersop said, I would definitely play around with lighting as well as color correction and atmosphere. You’ll be surprised by how much just playing with some values can turn a bright pink scene, into a dark, muted one. I did a little example below:
But just changing the skybox and tweaking the atmosphere settings you can turn that Barbie-like setting into this.
Let's take it further by changing up the lighting settings. It doesn't seem like much of a difference, but it's starting to get pretty moody and dark already!
And just to make it a little darker and give it a bit of aged brown color, we can use some color correction.
