Basically, what’s happening is that I am not being rewarded the correct amount of Robux after the 1-month UGC holding period goes by. This is only happening with personal sales on the account, and not groups. As for groups, they are perfectly fine.
This has been going on since November, but it is now significantly more noticeable due to sales being higher around this time and showing a hole in my earnings. I will show examples for the issue below:
For example, let’s take the day Nov. 9. That day, with personal sales, I earned a total of 8,036 Robux. However, a month later on Dec. 9/10, my Robux balance had only increased by I’d say 2.000 Robux. This wasn’t affected by purchases nor VIP Server subscriptions (I have no paid VIP Server subscriptions). There may be a possibility that some Robux is being withheld longer due to a bug, or isn’t being paid out fully.
Also, from Nov. 9 to Dec. 9, my monthly ‘Sales of Goods’ total up to 575.191 Robux on the Creator page. However, on the Roblox website, my ‘Sales of Goods’ are… as low as 32,835 Robux. Which would explain the smaller payouts on a daily basis, instead of correct amounts.

To further check this, I changed my Sales data to Daily instead.
On Dec. 9, my total personal sales ended up at 13.439 Robux. However, when then checking the Daily Sales of Goods on the Roblox website for that day, out of all that, I end up with a total of… 1.274 Robux.

That doesn’t align up at all; with a total of 20 pages of sales that day (200 sales total), with each item earning me 40-50 Robux (post-UGC percentage tax), even if the Creator Page stats could be bugged, that should set me around 9.000-10.000 Robux for sure. Surely not 1.274 Robux.
If it was just a visual bug on the website, that didn’t reflect on Robux that is now being released into my account, I wouldn’t bother about it too much. As it wouldn’t affect my final income.
However, this is actually affecting me significantly. Almost all of Robux that I should have by now is magically not there, and I do rely on making UGC as my second income. This is an alarming situation, if more creators are impacted. I was counting on the pending Robux in order to DevEx for December.
If someone could look into my situation and fix it, so I can receive the Robux difference and have the stats display properly, it would really mean the world to me. And if you could also note this for a further check-up on your internal end to have it be prevented for other creators as well.
