Hello. There is an issue where users seeking to reset tipalti security questions are unable to.
For the past 3 months I have been attempting to reset my tipalti security questions.
However support keeps “resetting password” which is NOT security questions. Additionally they have outright stopped responding.
It’s a useless solution because as soon as one tries to create a new password they are prompted with security questions.
This is not a sustainable practice. Staff should make sure that support fully understands the platform, they shouldn’t have outright zero knowledge on a crucial security related element.
Users need to be able to access their payment processor accounts.
