Very good animator. His skill is great and his style is above average too.

However, we ran into issues with refusal to work as he believed in his view, we were making a copy of a game Crow liked. After his absolute refusal to work, we had to remove him from the team.

He has a great work ethic except for when he doesn’t. I’d be wary over the risk of losing money.
