Crown Inn & Suites provides an amazing stay for all our guests. However, it wouldn’t be so great without the amazing staff members that help form your luxurious stay. All of our ranks from Hotel Guest to Chairman/Founder are provided below. Want to learn about each rank? Just read below!
Low Ranks
Hotel Guest
These are new group members and visitors.
Suspended
This is a rank used by the Executive Team to conduct suspensions for Middle Ranks and higher or aggressive guests.
Honored Member
This rank is awarded to High Ranks, Senior Ranks, and Corporate Ranks that retired in good standing. It is also for special group members that have helped to impact the group in a positive manner.
Allied Rep
Alliance Representatives are members from the Communications Department from our affiliated groups. They show their representation from their group by obtaining this rank and the proper Discord roles.
Hotel Trainee
Hotel Trainee is the rank awarded to group members who have successfully completed the Application to work and receive basic worker privileges. This rank must attend a training to rank up as it is considered to be Crown’s “Trainee” rank.
Receptionist
Receptionists are staff members that trained to specialize in checking customers in and out of the resort. They earn points by working behind the counter.
Barista
Barista is a rank in which members of it have trained to specialize in making drinks and serving customers.
Security
Security is a rank in which the members of it have trained to specialize in keeping the resort safe.
Senior Staff
Senior Staff are more experienced low ranks. This rank is obtained through the following point requirements or applications:
Management Intern
The Management Intern rank is the most experienced low rank. This rank is obtained by either passing management Intern applications or receiving 1500 in-game points.
Middle & Moderator Ranks
Head of Services
The Head of Services rank is the first rank that is eligible and required to assist at training. Moreover, they oversee low-ranked staff in-game and assist them.
Supervisor
The Supervisor rank is also required to assist at trainings throughout the week. Furthermore, they are granted moderator permissions in-game and shall help with any concerns in-game.
Moderator
Moderators are staff members in a different sector/division within Crown Inn. They are run on their own terms under the Chief Moderation Officer and unique ranks. Moderators are there to ease your time here at Crown Inn & Suites. They will ensure that you and your friends have a wonderful and safe time while at the Resort. Moreover, Moderators also handle reports through our Discord Channel.
Executive Intern
This rank is the barrier between the middle ranks and high ranks. They are responsible for hosting shifts and handling queries on our Discord Server.
High Ranks
General Manager
General managers are responsible for handling low ranks, hosting trainings, shifts, and assisting trainings. Furthermore, this rank handles moderation on the Discord Server and Customer Service.
Senior Manager
They are responsible for handling low ranks, hosting trainings, and shifts. Furthermore, this rank handles moderation on the Discord Server and Customer Service.
Senior Ranks
Board of Executives
Board of Executives are the primary Senior Ranks. They manage LRs/MRs and help the group in general. Moreover, their general duties are similar to the duties of General Manager and Senior Manager.
Corporate Assistant
Corporate Assistants are hand-selected by the Corporate Team. Their primary job is to work alongside their Chief Officer in order to help run their department.
Development Team
They are the Builders and Programmers for the group.

Chief Communications Officer
CCO’s run the Communications Department of Crown Inn
Chief Moderation Officer
CMO’s run the Moderation Department of Crown Inn
Chief Staffing Officer
CSO’s run the Staffing Department of Crown Inn
Group Overseer
Group Overseers manage the group on an administrative level. They work closely with the Corporate Officers and oversee Corporate Operations.
BOTS
They are the bots for our group.
Vice Chairman/Co-Founder
The Co-Founder works closely within Corporate and helps to run the group.
