I want to recieve my Crown of O’s
The issue is that I’ve not gotten it though I’ve reached the milestones.
I’ve tried emailing devawards@roblox.com and Roblox Support
you have to wait for a long time (sometimes even months)
I ended up getting the Sparkle Time crown of O’s but was never awarded any of the ones before it, and that was years ago 
First time I messaged them was 8 months ago. Since then, I messaged them yesterday, with no response.
I’ve heard people saying that this email is not in use, which is probably true since 8 months is quite a long time.
I personally think that they’re probably gonna stop giving away crowns or rework the system entirely because they used to give them out consistently, but over the years it seems like they don’t really care anymore.
I’m also quite certain that support won’t help because it’s Roblox after all.
I accidentally made clickbait when I was younger, and then I got the Bombastic and Golden crowns when they were released. I don’t believe I should, but I like the way it looks so I just use it.
From what I know:
Since the process is automated, it can take absurd amounts of time (up to 3-4 years?)
You have to be the experience owner to qualify for them now (it used to be available for contributors in it’s beginning from what I remember)

This has been a issue for years and this was already answered multiplie times
To answer your question: It might take a few years until you actually get the crown. Roblox Support does not have information regarding this and unfortunately staff members didn’t communicate with us regarding the situation. It was planned for everyone to receive their crown every 3 months but this requirement isn’t meet anymore

I honestly forgot about it after three years, and unless you enjoy flexing or something, it’s not a very appealing item.
Where was it said officially by Roblox that only the game owners can get the crowns? Because i wanna make sure that its true before transfering the ownership of my group (which is currently owned by a holder account) back to my main account)
