Crunch’z Cookiez Public Handbook
Rules and Regulations
General Rules
- Respect is the main principle at Crunch’z Cookiez. You have to respect everyone equally, whether staff or customers. Prejudicing someone based on their culture, language, culture, sexuality, etc is not permitted.
- Disruptive behaviors such as cutting the line, not ordering off the menu, trolling, refusing to abide by the rules, etc will not be tolerated at all and will lead to consequences if caught doing so.
- Exploiting in Crunch’z Cookiez’s premisses will lead to a direct ban. This includes all forms of exploiting.
- Advertising for any type of business, even if it is a ROBLOX business, is strictly prohibited. An immediate ban, depending on the severity, will be handed out to anyone caught doing so.
- Spamming, abusing caps, arguing, cursing, racism, and not ordering properly is considered a violation of our rules. Please, avoid them and any type of behavior that is irruption.
- Moreover, abiding by ROBLOX Terms of Service and their rules is a chief point. Any violation of their TOS will be taken as a violation of Crunch’z Cookiez rules and will lead to retribution.
LR Rules
- As LRs are considered to be staff members, they are required to use grammar at all times. Not doing so might lead to a warning or a demotion.
- Going along with any “troller” is just the same as trolling with them but as an LR; therefore, anyone caught doing so will be directly demoted and no warnings will be handed. Going along can be in forms such as not asking them to stop (when they are trolling), giving them off the menu items, agreeing or denying instead of asking them to stop, etc.
- Here at Crunch’z Cookiez, we do not hand out warnings. When encountering a disruptive customer, an LR is expected to ask them to stop then contact an appropriate rank if they were met by a refusal from the customer.
- Lower Ranks are preferred to use greetings that are easily understandable to customers as doing the opposite might lead to a misunderstanding of the language use and making the conversation complicated. Regardless, LRs are welcomed to use high vocabulary as long as they know what the vocabulary stands for (means).
- All LRs must abide by the Rules & Regulations that a customer must follow. Breaking any of them is just breaking an LR Directive Rule. Additionally, these LR rules are ‘directive’ rules which means they are a guide for new staff members and they must be followed.
Rank Information
Low Ranks (LR)

Middle Ranks (MR)

High Ranks (HR)
Senior Management - Senior Management is the first HR rank! They get to choose or get nominated into a department from either staffing, operations, or communications. Then, they execute the requirements of that specific department and gain experience. Their duties are very similar to Management. This rank has the ability to notice and promote Patissiers.
Executive Assistant - This rank is still an HR rank but is considered as an Executive Team member. Their principal jobs are to work for their department and assist in the new MR enrolments. Promotion from this rank is extremely hard to obtain; therefore, it can be granted by a Chief Executive Officer+ only.
Corporate Team
Board of Directors - This rank is an SHR, meaning that they have reached one of the highest ranks possible for anyone. BODs are Executive members of the group and Corporate members. They represent dedication, loyalty and passion. A promotion from this rank can only be granted by the Presidential Team.

Chief Executive Officer - This rank is acquired by being noticeably a hard-worker as one of the Chiefs and doing an exceptional affair. They are part of the Presidential Team.
Appeals
Ban Appeals
Firstly, for the appeal to be eligible, there are some requirements that must be met. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns about these requirements, contact an Executive Assistant+.
- The date of the ban, previous appeal (if there is) and the current appeal must be at least a week apart.
- There must be no evidence or doubts that you have been using alternative accounts to troll, exploit, or break Crunch’z Cookiez rules.
What to do after being eligible for an appeal?
To appeal a ban you have to DM an Executive Assistant+. The DM must include responses to all of the following questions. Using grammar and following all our rules will increase the chances of passing. The appeal will be replied to within 72 hours of the DM with either acceptance or refusal and the reasons will be attached.
Questions that must be responded to within the appeal:
- What is your Roblox username?
- Why did you get banned?
- Do you admit your fault?
- How can you prevent what happened from reoccurring?
- Why do you want to appeal?
Blacklist Appeals
To appeal a blacklist, a formal document must be sent to a Board of Directors with two or more paragraphs. The above questions must be answered, as well, in the document. Using grammar and following all our rules will increase the chances of passing. The appeal will be replied to within 72 hours of the DM with either acceptance or refusal and the reasons will be attached.
Appeal denial justifications:
- Being blacklisted more than once makes the blacklist permanent and cannot be appealed.
- Making a fuss or complaining about the blacklist.
- There are not enough details in the appeal.
- Not seeming to be regretful and that you will repeat the violation.
- Asking for the appeal to be checked faster, being consistent and pinging/DMing other staff members to ‘hurry up’ with checking the appeal.
