At Crystal Bay, we expect all guests and staff members to follow our community guidelines, which align with the Roblox Terms of Service. Non-compliance will result in moderation actions.
Prohibited behaviours include:
- Trolling or disruptions
- Exploiting systems or resources
- Cyberbullying or harassment
- Advertising external content
- Discriminatory behaviour, including homophobia, racism, etc.
- Using offensive language to bypass chat filters
- Flooding or spamming chat
The Supervision Team members and higher ranks have the authority to issue warnings and enforce these guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful environment for everyone. By joining our community, you agree to uphold these standards and respect others’ rights and well-being.

Rank Information
Valued Customer - This rank is awarded to individuals who have joined our Roblox group, recognizing them as official customers of our resort. Guests are also considered Customers.
Premium Customer - This rank is given to retired Executive Assistants+ and to those who purchase it for its premium abilities and perks. These individuals are honored members within our community.
Alliance Representative - This rank is assigned to those representing our alliances on our platforms, serving as the liaison between Crystal Bay and our allied groups.
Trainee - After completing and passing the application at our Application Center, or purchasing this rank, individuals are assigned the Trainee rank. Responsibilities include attending a training session to become a Junior Staff Member.
Junior Receptionist to Head Receptionist - These ranks represent the progression from entry-level reception duties to leading the reception team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations at the front desk.
Junior Security to Head of Security - These ranks cover the advancement from basic security duties to leading the entire security team, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and staff.
Junior Housekeeper to Head of Services - These ranks involve the journey from performing housekeeping tasks to managing all housekeeping and service operations, maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the resort.
Management Intern - This is the first Middle Rank, an ‘in training’ rank. Former ‘Head’ staff members demonstrating managerial potential or those who apply successfully are promoted to Management Interns, undergoing training for higher management roles.
Supervision Team - This is Crystal Bay’s first Middle-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Shift Leader - This is Crystal Bay’s second Middle-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Hotel Supervisor - This is Crystal Bay’s third Middle-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Assistant Manager - This is Crystal Bay’s fourth Middle-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
General Manager - This is Crystal Bay’s first High-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Senior Manager - This is Crystal Bay’s second High-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Corporate Assistant - This is Crystal Bay’s third High-Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Executive Intern - This is Crystal Bay’s first Executive rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members are in training to join a department.
Executive Assistant - This is Crystal Bay’s second Executive rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members are undergoing an internship for their specific department.
Executive Officer - This is Crystal Bay’s third Executive rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members are officially department members.
Senior Executive Officer - This is Crystal Bay’s fourth Executive rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members are department managers.
Executive Director - This is the first Senior High Rank. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members handle all applications at Crystal Bay Resorts.
Chief Moderation Officer - This is the second Senior High Rank. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members are the Lead and Co-Lead of the Moderation Department at Crystal Bay Resorts.
Chief Communications Officer - This is the third Senior High Rank. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. These members are the Lead and Co-Lead of the Human Resources Department.
Administration Board - This is the first Presidential Team rank. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members oversee departments and Senior High Rank members.
Chief Executive Officer - This is the second Presidential Team rank. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. These members oversee departments, Senior High Rank members, and Presidential Team members.
President - This is the highest rank within Crystal Bay Resorts. The President is the founder and owner of Crystal Bay, overseeing all aspects of the resort and ensuring it meets all standards.
