This segment of the handbook is to clarify and simplify upon inquiries which are ‘frequently’ directed, suggested by the title. However, please bear in mind that this section will not answer every question that you may have, only the most frequently asked. If you do have a question or concern that isn’t covered in this section, feel free to ask a member of the Management Team.
Q: How do I get a job at Crystalize?
A: To get a job at Crystalize, you can either: apply at our application centre, or attend and pass an interview at our interview centre (times listed in the description of the game). However, the Apprentice rank is not considered an employee. To become an official employee, you must attend a training session and pass it, in which you will be ranked to the succeeding rank of Novice Trainee.
Q: What do you serve?
A: The menu is above the counters. It contains all of the items we serve, consolidated into different categories of which they are best suited to.
Q: How can I get in contact with the organisation?
A: We use discord as our main communications method. If you’re interested in joining our server, then feel free to join using our discord code.
Q: How do I get promoted?
A: Once you become an Apprentice, you must attend a training session and pass the session. Once you have passed the session, you must meet the point threshold for each succeeding rank and will be ranked by a Middle Rank while in-game. The point thresholds will be listed in the ‘Employee Information’ segment of the handbook.
Q: How do I become a Staff Assistant?
A: This is definitely a frequently asked question that we receive. The instructions and prerequisites of becoming an SA are listed in Employee Information and will go in-depth as to what you need to do to become an SA.
Q: How do I become a VIP member or a donor?
A: At our Parlor, we offer all of these services for purchase, compressed into the User Interfaces available. Once you purchase a donation package, you will automatically receive the name tag corresponding to the package that you selected. Once you purchase a VIP membership plan, you will receive a message through discord containing all of your perks and how to activate them, as well as all of the gamepasses.
Q: Can I get a job with safechat?
A: You cannot disable safechat. Safechat is a setting that Roblox created in order to ensure the security of their younger users. Consequently, a few words and phrases that Roblox deem harmful or inappropriate to its younger users are hashtagged, preventing others from seeing them. However, we do accept employees with safechat.
