Congratulations on becoming apart of the Staffing Department! We are very ecstatic and exhilarated to see what you can bring to Crystalize. As a member of our Staffing Department, it is important to remember that you are one of the most important figures in our community!
Staffing Department is entrusted with administering staff action inside the Crystalize staff group. They should monitor advancements, staff alerts, and downgrades, all while going to preparing, meetings, and managing at the cafe. They are likewise answerable for working with the Super Ranks for the situation that any inside staff occasions should be taken care of.
This handbook will be a quick overview on how you conduct yourself in certain scenarios. Any questions shall be directed to the Vice President of Staffing.
How to deal with different scenarios
Promoting a Management Team Member
If a Management Team Member has been going over their activity requirements, and has had their 14 day grace period surpassed, any member of the Staffing Department is able to request a promotion by bringing up a promotion discussion in #staffing-discussion. You are required to have a majority of the upvotes to promote them.
Management Team Member is Admin Abusing
If you have caught a Management Team Member Admin Abusing, you are required to take a screenshot of their logs and post it in #staffing-discussion. You will then discuss a consequence with the other members of the department.
Management Team Member is Inactive
If you have caught a Management Team Member considered “inactive”, meaning they have not met their activity requirements in that week, you are able to issue them a warning. All the templates are found under guidance.
Management Team Member is doing a Task Incorrectly
If you have caught a Management Team Member inappropriately doing a task, you are able to kindly remind them using Private Messages. If they continue their actions, you are able to bring it up in #staffing-discussion and seek a consequence.
Received a Report Regarding a Management Team Member
If you have received a report regarding a Management Team Member, you are required to screenshot the whole report and send it in #staffing-discussion. The Staffing Department then will decide what they will do.
