Greetings, welcome to Crystalize’s handbook! There are many sections that will be explained, so use this to help you. It is a small cafe/bakery focused on providing customer service to others.
How would this handbook help me?

Follow the Roblox’s Terms of Service and Discord’s Terms of Service.
Advertising is not allowed.
Cursing is not allowed, do not bypass at all since it is not tolerated.
You are expected to be showing respect to everyone around you.
Trolling is not allowed.
Exploiting is not allowed.
Glitching is not allowed.
Cutting in line is not allowed.
Not ordering properly is not allowed.
Spamming is prohibited.
Having an inappropriate attire is not allowed and will result in moderative consequences if you refuse to change.
Ordering more than three items at once is not allowed.
The same rules stated above would apply to our communications server too, follow the rules, please.

– Remain active at all given opportunities.
– Having a greeting with low complicated vocabulary.
– Do not hint as it will decrease your chances.
– Do not troll at all.
– Must be in our communications server.
– No safechat.
– Must’ve been an EB for 1 week, and a LS for 5 days.
– Work hard to be noticed by any EA+ that is in the Staffing department.
– The Staffing department is responsible for monitoring promotions.
– Be professional at all times.
– Use grammar to increase your chances.

You should only utilise this if you’ve been:
- trello-banned
- pbanned
- had a moderation log such as an appealable MR-blacklist
- have been Crystalize-Customer banned
- banned from our communication’s server.
– If you wish to appeal, you must contact a Board of Executives+. Here are the following questions you must answer. Wait 1 week before appealing.
Questions:
[1] What’s your Roblox username, Discord username and tag?
[2] What action has been taken?
[3] What type of sanction were you given? (Trello-ban, pban, MR-blacklist, CC-ban, communication’s server ban?)
[4] What was the reason for your sanction?
[5] Explain in full detail why you are appealing. (Minimum 4 sentences.)
[6] What can you do to improve on this?
[7] Will you commit these actions again?
[8] Do you have any questions?
Provide detail and show sincerity in your appeal. Make sure it is written in a Google document.

Requirements:
You must have 100 group members, and 50 discord members.
You must not have any issues with Crystalize. This means your group should have a good reputation with us.
You must be willing to announce our events.
Your group representatives should join our Discord, and group to get ranked accordingly.
Exceptions may be provided with the member counts; if that’s the case - please inform a member of the Presidential Team.
If you’re allying, please answer these questions:
[1] What is your group called? Send the links to your communications server and your group.
[2] What’s your group about?
[3] Why have you chosen to ally with Crystalize?
[4] If you’re application is accepted, who are your 1-2 representatives? State their Discord usernames and their Roblox usernames.
[5] If we accepted your application, do you agree that we have the right to provide any action taken towards the alliance and that you announce our events?
Send it in a Google document to an EA+ in the Public Relations department.

Awaiting Customer: As an Awaiting Customer, you are unable to view the group shout/wall. You will be promoted to Crystalize Customer unless you’re CC banned. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Crystalize Customer: As a Crystalize Customer, you got approved by our Staff Team, you can apply for a job and view the shout and view/type on the wall. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Honoured Customer: As an Honoured Customer, you are a former Chief Staff Officer+ of Crystalize or an important member of the group. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Noted Customer: As a Noted Customer, you are a former Board of Directors+ of Crystalize. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Business Partner: As a Business Partner, you are a representative of an alliance. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Suspended: During your staff suspension you will receive this rank, this is only used for the MR+ team. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Trainee: As a Trainee, you are the newest member of Crystalize’s LR team, can work behind the counter. They might not be able to work. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Novice Barista: As a Novice Barista, you just passed a Training Session and were ranked up to this rank, you are still learning the basics. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Barista: As a Barista you know the basics of Crystalize, however you know more than a Novice Barista. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Experienced Barista: You have now reached the highest rank that you can earn from trainings, in order to be promoted to Lead Server, you must be noticed by a Shift Leader+. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Lead Barista: As a Lead Server, you are the head of the kitchen, responsible of the Trainees, Novice Baristas, Baristas and Experienced Baristas to not make mistakes, and to be helped when needed. In order to get ranked to the next rank you are to be noticed for your hard work and ethics. [LIMIT: 30]
Staff Assistant: As a Staff Assistant, you are responsible for assisting every Low Rank member, and making sure that no customers are disturbing the experience of others. Administrator powers are given to you. Abusing these powers result in an instant demotion from your position. [LIMIT: 30]
Supervisor: As a Supervisor, you are responsible for everyone’s experience to be unforgettable and to make customers happy, you are to answer every question that is being asked. Administrator powers are given to you. Abusing these powers result in an instant demotion from your position. [LIMIT: 22]
Manager: As a Manager, you are responsible for everything to run smoothly. Administrator powers are given to you. Abusing these powers result in an instant demotion from your position. [LIMIT: 18]
Coordinator: As a Coordinator, you are responsible for LR demotions, sessions, and shifts. Administrator powers are given to you. [LIMIT: 11]
Executive Assistant Executive Assistant is the first HR rank, they are an in charge of assisting 3 departments: Compliance, Public Relations and Staffing. Administrator powers are given to you. [LIMIT: 8]
Staffing Director: As a Staffing Director, they are in charge of monitoring promotions and promotion recommendations. [LIMIT: 3-4]
Compliance Director: As a Compliance Director, they are in charge of reviewing all operations and reports based on Crystalize’s staff team. [LIMIT: 3-4]
Public Relations Director: As a Public Relations Director, they are in charge of reviewing all alliances and alliance requests. [LIMIT: 3-4]
Board of Executives: As a Board of Executive, you are the last HR rank. You are responsible for assisting the Lead of a Department. Super administrator powers are given to you. [LIMIT: 4]
Development Director: In charge of creating Crystalize’s establishments, and of Crystalizes’s development. [LIMIT: UNLIMITED]
Chief Operations Officer - Chief Corporate Officer: As a Chief Operations Officer or a Chief Corporate Officer, you are a member of the Presidential Team. You are responsible for leading a department, managing the group, group games, and all ranks below you. [LIMIT: 2]
Presidential Assistant - Vice President: As a member of the Presidential Team, you are responsible for assisting and helping the Lead of the Department and managing the group operations. [LIMIT: 1]
President: Group founder, you are unable to get this role.
