Infinite union separation loop

When attempting to separate a specific union, it goes into a constant loop of unioning the same item several times, I’ve done it approximately 30 times now & I seem to find no solution when searching online.

CSG Error -11

When attempting to union another part onto it; a CSG error occurs. This occurs on almost all the unions of the vehicle that I’m attempting to make a livery for.

No clue on how to solve this issue, any advice would be great.

I’ve already had error -11 and as far as I know it happens due to triangle count

Noticed this on other builds, but when attempting to separate the union it just infinitely loops which is the problem
