No matter what order I union the following together, I always get an overlap in the final result.
Those faces are in the same place so they shouldn’t be overlapping like that.

I think this may just be an unwanted oversight of the way CSG was written.

I remember another guy having issues with his plane cockpit a while back because the interior faces weren’t tossed from the union. The admins are free to correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the reason they don’t get rid of interior faces is because the math would be obnoxiously difficult. It seems that this will be something that if it does get resolved will be in the far distant future.

That would be me Echo, I had something like this with a cockpit, I fixed it though after 50+ different retries.
