CSG Transparency issue

Went building today on a new aircraft and stumbled upon a issue while trying to use CSG for making the cockpit glass.

I used a normal cylinder mesh part to work with and started by layering them so I could have them join up later as a whole union.
Curved the unions so it resembles the cockpit better that I am trying to make and sliced it in half and took the inside out of the cylinder.
After hours of perfecting it I tried to join the layers up by using CSG, I hit the 2500 triangle mark (which should really be higher…) so I divided them into sections.
Now I am stuck on this annoying transparency strip issue…

this is just 1 section and not the whole canopy that I am making.
I was just testing to see if it would happen, which it did.

Tried at least 4 other ways and came to the same result.
File is here for anyone else to check out.
You can put them together with the move tool set to 1/5 stud grid.

Adamintygum answered this on my thread:

Basically the algorithm for the Unions is failing. He suggested building larger scale and shrinking it.
The problem I had was I am making a river with transparent parts and the edges are staying visible the same as your canopy.
Building it larger and resizing the Union might be tricky, unless I maximap it…

Hmm I will try that, hope they will fix this its really bothering me.

Edit: Tried that and its still doing the same thing…
So frustrating.

Yeah, I doubled the size of my river parts and tried it. No change.
