If you hold CTRL and click the (+) insert object button it crashes studio pretty much every time. It’s a real nuisance to anyone who used CTRL and click to select multiple items.
i have yet to experience this on my MacBook. although there are a few things in studio (apart from this) that have become really buggy. i hope they fix it soon!!
Doesn’t work for me either, must be a localised error.
Maybe try re-installing studio (if it’s not too much of a nuisance)?
Reinstalled studio and it still happens for me. 
Could you please check the following:
- If you disable all of the plugins you installed in Studio, does the issue still occur?
- Do you have any fast flags overridden? (if you don’t know what fast flags are, don’t worry about this one)
- Can you give more details on your machine? What’s your exact OS for example.
- Can you attach Studio version?
I can’t reproduce this myself on a Win10 Pro machine with Studio 0.316.0.164438
