Host Guide
Within Cupz Cafe Supervisors+ are needed to Host the sessions! Here is a guide on what to do as a Host for a Cupz Cafe interview session!

Start: [INTERVIEWS] Greetings! An interview session will be beginning at [TIME] Within our Interview Center! Please start to make your way down.
Server Locked: [LOCKED] Greetings! The session has been locked meaning that no one is allowed to join. We’re sorry if you missed it. Make sure to try again!
Cancelled: [CANCELLED] Greetings! The session has been cancelled for [REASON]. We’re sorry if you couldn’t make it, and we hope that you attend the next session!
Concluded: [CONCLUDED] Greetings! The interview session has now finished. Congratulations to anyone that passed, and we hope that you attend a training!
Host Instructions
You need to announce the session at :40 - :45 to make sure people can attend the session. Once at the session you’ll need to start giving out roles. PM all admins asking which role they would like. You can make your own guide on this, but here is an example.
pm admins Hello! The session is starting soon and we need to know which roles you would like. Keep in mind that you must be a Apprentice for more than five days to interview, and you must be an Administrative Overseer+ to supervise the session. To be a supervisor reply with SV. To be an interviewer reply with I. To be a shadower reply with S. Lastly, reply with P to be a promoter (limit of 2). If you have already replied to this message do NOT reply.
You must remember the roles of people, so I suggest writing them down. First come first serve promoters.
You’re to create your OWN guide using the information provided in this document. DM any other Supervisor+ any questions that you may have.
Now, onto the guide itself! The below guide can be used if needed, but it is recommended to be personalised.

sm Greetings, and welcome to interviews! My name is (username/name) and I’ll be your host for the session. Please also welcome our fabulous staff members here today to help you.
sm The session information and the session rules will now be stated. PTS calls will be denied during this time.
sm #1 Info | During this session grammar and punctuation must be used at all times. You will be corrected by your interviewer and warned if caught. Three errors will result in failure. Adding onto that, you will be warned using the same system if you fail to answer a question within 50 seconds.
sm #2 Info | Trolling or exploiting will result in a permanent ban from our Interview Centre. We want things to run smoothly. The Interview Centre is not the place to troll at.
sm #3 Info | Please do not start an argument with your interviewer if failed. Ask what went wrong and then move on. It isn’t a big deal.
sm #4 Info | Safechat is not allowed to be obtained by any of our staff members.
sm #5 Info | Copy and pasting your answers will lead to an instant failure and you will be dismissed from the session for cheating.
sm Alright, thank you for listening! The safechat test will now be beginning. You’re to say ‘C7RN’ when a staff member walks up to you.
sm Now that the test has concluded you now have 30 seconds to ask any questions that you may have using the ‘PTS’ system.
sm The session may now begin! Thank you to everyone who has been listening, as you have a higher chance of passing.
Interviewer Guide
You must greet the interviewee and go over the basic session rules (like detail, grammar, etc). After that you must request them to answer the below questions.
[1] How would you greet a customer? An example would be appreciated.
[2] How would you deal with an insulting customer?
[3] How would you deal with an exploiter?
[4] How can you benefit Cupz Cafe?
[5] How did you find Cupz Cafe?
After that review their chatlogs. If failed, tell them. If passed, tell them. Then contact a promoter.
Promoter Guide
Review the interviewee’s chatlogs and make sure that you agree with the interviewer. If passed rank them and go over basic information. After that kicked them.
