Low Ranks

Customer | A new group member | Unlimited

Recognized Customer | A noted group member. They can be former HRs, ally representatives or anyone who we feel needs to be recognised | Unlimited/3 for ally representatives.

Trainee | A new staff member | Unlimited

Junior Barista | You have passed trainings. Now, you need to earn points to rank up | Unlimited

Barista | Third Low Rank position | Unlimited

Senior Barista | Fourth Low Rank position. These users need to attend trainings, to prove themselves worthy of Head Barista | Unlimited

Head Barista | A fully trained staff member. You can work hard as a Head Barista to become a Staff Assistant | Unlimited
Middle Ranks

Staff Assistant | These staff members will be trained by a High Rank who is in the Staffing Department. They should attend trainings to understand how things work. They are also a member of our Apprentice Management Team | 25

Supervisor | These staff members should be fully aware of operations in terms of trainings and interviews. They are also a member of our Management Team | 18

Assistant Cafe Manager | Third Middle Rank, and a well known user. They are also a member of our Management Team | 16

Cafe Manager | Fourth Middle Rank, and a member of our Senior Management Team | 12

Head of Supervision | The fifth and final Middle Rank position. These users train to advance onto achieving a High Rank position. They are also a member of our Senior Management Team | 8
High Rank

Executive Assistant | The first High Rank position. These users decide their department and learn about the department’s operations | 6

Public Relations Director | These users lead the Public Relations Department | 4

Staffing Director | These users lead the Staffing Department | 4

Senior Rank
