"Currently Wearing" section not visible on player profile despite accessible account settings (Non-UK user)

Issue Description

When viewing a specific user’s profile, the “Currently Wearing” section — which typically displays the user’s avatar and the list of items they are wearing — does not appear. This occurs despite the player not being located in the UK (the user is Brazilian), and all relevant privacy settings (Badges, Inventory, etc.) are not set to ‘None’. According to Roblox’s regional content policies, this functionality should not be restricted for users outside of regions like the UK, where additional child privacy laws may apply. Therefore, this appears to be a bug or unintended behavior in how profile data is served for this specific account.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Visit the player’s Roblox profile via web browser or API.
  2. Scroll down to where the “Currently Wearing” section should appear.
  3. Confirm that other elements such as Badges, Inventory, and Friends are visible.
  4. Observe that the avatar preview and its item list are completely missing, as if restricted.
  5. Verify with the user that:
5.1. The account is based in Brazil.
5.2. Privacy settings for the profile (including items and badges) are set to public visibility.

Expected behavior

The “Currently Wearing” section should be visible, showing:

  • A preview of the user’s avatar.
  • A list of items composing the avatar.

This behavior is standard and expected for profiles that are public and not subject to UK-based regional restrictions.

For privacy reasons, the following visual aids will be attached privately.

I added you to the private message! Let me know if you can see it!

Thank you for the report! Based on the given user, and the lack of assets equipped, it is by design that the currently wearing section is not shown in this context.

Heya @spottedriverturtle. I should be the one thanking you for the response!

Initially, I assumed that it would still display without any assets equipped, but this behavior actually makes sense from a design perspective. The issue mentioned in the private message was a bug, but after seeing the other examples, I can understand why it works the way it does.

Thanks again for everything. Marked your reply as a Solution so the thread can be closed! If I managed to find another bug, I’ll keep in mind to create a new ticket!!
