Cursor gets stuck on first click in viewport using mobile emulator

When you first playtest using the mobile emulator, then perform a click in the viewport, your cursor will get stuck. Your cursor can be made unstuck if you press esc to open up the Roblox menu.

This seems to be the case for emulating any touch enabled device (tried both tablets and phones), and any window fit setting. The cursor getting stuck doesn’t happen on non-touch-enabled devices (ie console or computer).

This happens 100% of the time on any game.

This is still happening for me on Windows 10, and is NOT tied to the Display Emulator. This issue occurs randomly for me with or without Display Emulator enabled, and does not resolve until Studio is restarted. It happens more often than not.

The timing of this issue seems to correlate with the update that added the colored borders during play testing; but that may be a coincidence.

Is there anything we can do to avoid this bug in the interim until it is resolved? It really slows my team down, especially when working and testing UI components.

This issue still happens to me. Has action on this bug been taken yet?

Hi, I’m looking at this right now. It looks like that this could be a deeper issue that requires refactoring how the touch events are emulated.

Does anyone else experiencing this outside of the Device Emulation besides @FriendlyBiscuit?
