Cursor stuck in the middle of the screen when fully zoomed in

I want players to be able to zoom into first person when viewing UI

When player opens UI while In first person the curser is locked to the center of the screen and they cannot zoom out or exit out of the UI

I was thinking that maybe I theres a way to make a free cursor when fully zoomed in.

Any Ideas to help me out? I figured this would be something super small like I could just disable something in the game.

Sorry for reopening this topic, but have searched through the forum, and even from way back in 2015… this is still an issue today.

Once in a while (so not often) … my mouse gets stuck in the middle … and to me… seems to only happen when I “RIGHT CLICK” my mouse button.

And this is a Roblox Tutorial - so there’s no First Person viewing… even though I tried all the other suggestions… like pressing “i” & “o” to zoom in or out - no luck.

Here’s a video of the issue : I can only go into the setting menu… and move my mouse, but as soon as I return to the experience… the mouse is stuck again.

There has to be a way to unlock this bug.
Maybe @Roblox can add a reset for the mouse in the settings ? (Since it still works there)

Just set an invisible (or visible) TextButton’s Modal property to true and you can move your mouse.

Can’t do that if you are “playing or using someone else’s experience”.

It’s up to the developer to do that.

Yeah… I can understand that… but Roblox should also sort the problem out on their end.
It is their system too - and becomes a bad reflection on their business - or not ?

Best thing is adding something in the settings to reset the mouse.
