Can someone tell me how to add custom anims to startercharacters?

If I remember correctly, your going to have to make a script that defines all the animations you want, and are going to have to make it load once a player joins. So the script will hold all the information of all the animations and when a player joins, lets say you have the walk animation set to something custom, the player will then load in and walk with said animation. I am not 100% sure if that is correct, but I am sure that there are multiple Youtube tutorials out there explaining how this can be done.
