I try to change character body parts but it’s restricted

I’d go with HumanoidDescription instead

If you have a model with proper rigs etc, you can put it’s model in StarterPlayer, and it’ll set all characters to it. Pretty sure there’s tons of tutorials on it.
I want each character to keep their own outfits
What do you mean? You want to change all mesh’s but have the same shirt’s etc? I’m pretty sure that’s not possible, not sure.
