Custom character can’t swim

Hey guys so I’ve run into a teeny problem… Custom characters can’t swim. I checked to see if it was just that one but no it’s all of them. If anyone knows what to do let me know if not alright. I’m not sure if this matters but my custom characters all have either one leg a tail or they just float around. ( don’t ask why) Thanks.

It’s kind of ironic this happened right after I made a custom character tutorial…

Please explain more, ‘can’t swim’ doesn’t really help us understand your problem.

Sorry. There is a lot of stuff going on. Some times they just sink, sometimes they go flying off the map, sometimes they just float around. I don’t know why I didn’t describe it more I think my brain is broken.

Set all of its parts to massless, that might help

To fix the sinking, you can go through all the parts of your ‘custom character’ and tick the ‘Massless’ Property

@ActualLocal @BizBazarr I’ve already done that.

If the parts use certain materials, then they’re gonna sink. Using plastic will probably fix that.

What do you mean? Like textures? I have a texture on one but I tested on a blank model I had made ( no colors it was set as plastic ) and it still didn’t work.

I was talking about the material tab. I’ll try to see if there’s a way to fix it or something.

The fix to this would be to turn everything to massless. Then turn on CustomPhysicalProperties on the HumanoidRootPart, and change the Density to 0.9 / or whatever is preferred for you.

Yet this does have some problems for me personily, my character won’t swim back down
