Custom Character Limb Rotation Problem

Hey, im having a little problem while animating a custom character. After i rigged together the model using Rig Edit i tried to animate it but all limbs have their own axis instead of moving from the parent joint.

Here you can see what i mean:

The Limb of the character doesnt move at the shoulder, it has its own axis. I dont want that.
Any ways around this? Havent found any posts on this problem yet

Did you drag the pivot points in rig edit?
