I really dont know any other way to create clothes without buying robux so you can sell them, there is a bug in the game that you can equip your clothes and it still appears (Like my test t-shirt) but you can not sell it, and be aware of any clickbait videos that lets you sell clothes for free using the methods, either they were paid by a sketchy company or there just here to get views altogether by staging their video. Sorry if i discouraged you but its sadly the reality, hope you can get robux to sell your shirts.

You can upload the clothing template as a decal, and then put the decal ID on a shirt or pants. Depending on the clothing template.

I did this yesterday and woke up to a warning saying that it “simulated nudity” when it was a plain white shirt.
