So im having an error with the new feature, which im trying to import a dynamic head, and i followed the tutorial in the devforum, but it says it should be imported with a face controller already, but mine doesnt and is imported just as an normal rig with bones and etc

If your rig is not automatically creating a “Face Controls” instance when creating a Dynamic Head, here is why!
Blender has TWO tabs that you can input Custom Properties. One of them is green, the “Data” tab, and one is orange, the “Object” tab.
You need to put the custom properties in the OBJECT tab. I set up all 17 animations as custom properties in the WRONG TAB!!! It goes in the OBJECT tab, the ORANGE one! Nothing goes in the data tab contrary to my screenshots, ignore that. Only put animations in the DATA tab! Dont waste hours like I did

Its possible there is another issue. Studio is very vague with bundle import errors. It just wont import right and it wont tell you why. Could be countless reasons why, but from the pictures you have shown me here is my guess.
I cant see all of the custom properties you have because the screenshot is cut off, but I dont see a “RootFaceJoint” property.
Here is all the properties required for a dynamic head. I also dont see all 17 FACS poses, although it should still import correctly, even without all 17.
