Hello.
We have included Custom Events in many of experiences on Roblox. In all cases except one, they are working fine. For one of our games, Fracterra Jetpack Delivery RP, the Custom Events section in the Creator Dashboard is broken.
It shows Request Failed : Try Again. We have, in fact, tried again for 6 days straight.
When we click on view events though, we can see the events coming in every few seconds, they are still compiling but we don’t have access to the data.
We have several theories, one of which is that the data is somehow corrupted by some invalid string and it’s breaking the whole thing. Can we get access to that data via a CSV and alternatively, can we flush this entire data without clearing the whole game data?

We should be seeing data in the form of a graph.
