I keep missing features in Explorer. I would like to change icons for objects or write comments. Change the colour. See a preview of the ImageLabel. And most importantly create custom classes.

So I started to develop my own Explorer. So far I’ve spent most of my time developing functions of the original Explorer. It’s quite a complex program. But I have already done some of the features.

What do you think?

Improved search engine.
LockMode - allows you to freeze the explorer and not react to Selection Service. This allows two Explorers to be used simultaneously.



It is important to realise that absolutely all the original functions cannot be replicated. And there is no complete replacement.

If you have any ideas of what could be built into Explorer, please write. In posts or in private messages

This would be an amazing plugin. The coloring could help with organization, and the ability to quickly make backups would be super helpful. Nice job.

seems like a useful tool for developers working with tons of different assets laid in the explorer. nice job :heart:, i would use this.

Is there any level of a working model available? I’m dying to use this. The amount of time I waste scrolling through explorer, using copy/paste history, etc. Simply because we can’t have two explorer windows.

tremendous work youve accomplished, is it out yet? im kind of in desperation because my original explorer is just dead, it literally wont show, i have googled it and found no other poeple with the same problem (some have a window showing up saiyng explorer with no contents, well i dont even have the window show up i just have some blank space reserved for the window that wont appear)
