Custom Global Illumination [And You Should Consider Adding This In Your Builds]

What is Global Illumination?

It’s where a light is strong enough to bounce off of a surface. Direct light will cause to emit Indirect light making the whole scene more dynamic.

Scene #1

Scene #2

Orange hue is obvious in this scene, it’s scattered on the walls, floors, and even the ceiling.

Scene #2 (Without Global Illumination)

This scene shows how dull an dark it would actually be if there’s no Global Illumination applied to an area. It’s also doesn’t make sense that there’s pitch black areas when there’s a ton of light source on the ceiling.

But… how? I might be dum but idk how to activate this (unless it’s something custom you’ve made)

Or is this a feature request? Idk

It might not what you expected, but it’s just another PointLight below a source light.

Make sure when doing this, don’t let the Extra Light overpower the Source Light or else it would look weird, make the range far enough that it actually touches the floors and ceilings (If realistic).
