Custom hand skins don't function as expected

I want to add custom skins, as in new hand models to my game.

The issue is non-static animations do not work on my new model, which I used to exact same rig as the original model I made the animation on to make it.

Another thing I noticed, the static animations actually dont show up exactly right. They are only half doing the animation while it does the whole animation in blender.

I tried weight painting again 3 times but I still don’t understand what could be causing this.
