When I was creating one of my games a while ago, I intended to make the night as beautiful as I possibly could. At this point of time, I’d regularly play games like Skyrim. I always thought that night in Skyrim was absolutely stunning, and I’ve always enjoyed it even more than the day.
Now, when I tried to develop my game, of course, I could change the moon to better represent the look I was going for. But, to me, the night skybox looked a bit bland.
Since we have the option to apply custom day skyboxes, we totally should have the option to set custom night skyboxes, too!
Here are some of the possibilities:
We could add purple/blue tints, have as much freedom as to how many stars we want in the sky, make things like milky ways and the Northern lights! Honestly, there are so many possibilities.
