Custom Rigged Character Movement Issues

The movement is very slippery for some reason

Make sure your humanoid hip height is long enough to touch the ground.

Even with a HipHeight that makes it higher than the ground, it still does the same thing, very slippery for some reason

Set the hipheight a little smaller than the Y of HumanoidRootPart (about -1.2)
My rigged meshes are working properly. It should work tho

I can send the file of the rigged mesh if you would like, I’ve tried tinkering with hipheight to no avail
