Custom rig's limbs only rotating, not moving

When I animate my custom rig in Moon Animator 2/Blender and import those animation into roblox animation editor the limbs only rotate, they dont move. I tried saving to roblox the keyframe sequence instead, but ingame its also broken. This for some reason dont happen with default Roblox rig or moon animator 2 rig. I tried to just animate in moon animator 2, yet it seems the parts still only rotate, no movement. This thing has been annoying me for so long..

sometimes animations can be broken if it didnt find the target part names, check all of the animated parts in the animation. like the left arm can be “left_arm” in the animation. check the animation. if it doesnt work, try a custom rigging method there are a lot of tutorials about this

Are you sure only the root part is anchored?
Are you talking about rigid (Motor6D) or pure bone/mixed rig?
I have made a tutorial about rigging Roblox rigs in Blender for export into Studio; you can verify stuff with that.
