I’m sure a lot or you can relate when I say that contacting and messaging with Roblox Support was a pain. Late responses (if at all), no good help, copied and pasted responses and overall just a terrible system. The reason for that is because Roblox simply receives too many tickets per day and the Team was probably overwhelmed.
Recently my account was hacked. The Hacker changed password + E-Mail and when I clicked the revertAccount link that was sent to my email that was linked with the account before, I couldn’t reset it which is stupid because the Hacker enabled 2-Step-Authenticator Verification. That’s when I contacted Support, but they were no help. I explained the situation, that my email was literally linked to the account since I created it and I had billing proof but just got a response telling me to basically stop messaging support and that they can’t verify ownership (see attachments).
However, I didn’t give up and wanted to message Support today again and… something VERY unexpected happened. Some sort of Live Chat Window (see attachments) opened up and a chat bot started messaging with me💀. I was like, okay, support can’t get worse at this point BUT it’s awesome. The bot was able to verify ownership and helped very well and even would’ve connected me with an agent (live chat with Roblox Staff?? I didn’t try since the bot was help enough).
So yeah, I dont know if this rolled out to everyone or what this is, but this update is literally awesome. Thank you so much Roblox.
