At the bottom of the plugins description it states that “This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 license.” which means i cannot use this as i cannot use this plugin for commercial purposes .i.e. roblox games (even if you dont profit from microtransactions you’ll still get premium payouts making your game commercial use either way). Is this meant to be intentional or was the wrong licence chosen?
Oops, wrong license . I was trying to find a license where it restricts the user from copying the source code (excluding the scripts inserted by Cutscenify), not for restricting commercial use. Got any suggestions for a license that does that?
Ah ok that makes sense . Hmm you should probably check a different creative commons or GPL licence (or different licence) and if none of them fit your needs you should prolly make your own licence (I don’t really know much about this licence thing tho lol)
Been experimenting with lots of different aspects within the plugin and I got to say, it’s very intuitive and easy to use
I also wanted to point out that a bot account that reuploads plugins/poses as being the original has uploaded a plugin a few weeks ago in order to trick people into thinking that’s the official Cutscenify due to the sale count along with similar description and etc.
Yeah, I noticed that. It’s quite annoying when a bot takes your source code (and deletes the LICENSE file) then re-uploads it. Sometimes, they claim they are the original creator.
I don’t know much about scripting, so correct me if I’m wrong, but could you make the executable command a funtion? I don’t know if this is already what happens, but it would make life much easier if I could just call a funtion and it would do the whole thing.
