Cylinder SpecialMesh offsets rendering incorrectly in ViewportFrames

Reproduction Steps

Place a cylinder SpecialMesh with an offset inside a ViewportFrame

System information:
OS: Windows 11
CPU: i9-9900KS
GPU: RTX 2080ti
RAM: 64GB

Expected Behavior

I would expect it to render correctly like it does in workspace.

Actual Behavior

However it doesn’t render correctly.
