Hey Team,

We’re seeing a few days of 0% D30 stickiness in our experience Encounters.

We’ve heard from you before that this is a data issue. Can you please review & confirm if that’s still the case? If so, is there a way to update to the correct values?

Hi, we recently improved the Retention data so I can’t reproduce your issue anymore. Could you check if are still seeing the problem? If so, could you add a link with query params and a screenshot? Thanks a lot.
