Hello, I’m wondering how do I remove these dark areas:
Front:
Back:
I turned off cast shadows and even when I tried moving the sun to exactly 12:00 there’s still that weird area. How do I remove this?
Thanks.

What dark areas? It looks pretty white to me.
The second one is more bluish? I’ll send a video rq!

Sorry for making you download I’m unsure how to record it correctly.
Try setting the GlobalShadows
property to false
Still doesn’t work unfortunately. Even with 0 lighting effects.
The second parts color looks more darker to me. Are you sure that those two parts properties are the same?
Is it a union?
Unions have this weird color/shading thing sometimes when parts merge.
It’s not really clear what that’s supposed to be, please post an image that isn’t so zoomed in on it.
Also, I believe lighting > brightness
will affect shading on parts.
I sent a video here. Sorry I should’ve put it at the top.
Edit: Also changing the brightness to 0 does work, but I don’t really want the brightness to be 0.
No, if you want I can try sending the file.
Ok now I see what’s going on.
You’re gonna have to set the part material to neon if you don’t want the shading to happen, because there will always be shading on parts that aren’t neon.
Doesn’t really explain why it’s still shaded even when the sun position is changed.
Unless the sun wasn’t fully on the other side-
Hmm, okay. This is my only solution so far, so thank you! I’ll give you solution unless there’s possibly another way to solve this.
