Unfortunately, this isn’t a bug afaik. Anyone can grant you translator access to any game so people have abused it to advertise their own projects. As seen in the message on the top of that page, they are seemingly working to add a permission-like system for it though.

Then this is a separate bug which you should make a separate report for (although not even sure if this is a bug itself).

This warning was specifically added to prevent confusion like yours whilst they revamp the translator system:
