To be honest, I don’t think that the Object Browser has properly been updated with actual documentation in ages. It’s a shame, really, because the Object Browser was a really nice built-in and offline way of viewing documentation about Instances.

I use it constantly to look up what different ROBLOX objects do/support.
Object Browser is automatically updated. See UserInputService for recent VR updates for an example.
Who writes the documentation? Is it automatically generated from code? I’m pretty sure that like, over half of the things there are missing documentation.
Not actually sure, now that I’m checking it out. I’ll have to ask someone who’s been here longer. 
EDIT: Checked it out. Looks like it isn’t auto-generated, although the object browser does “automatically” pull from it. There may be reasons why it’s not documented yet, but I’m not on that team so I couldn’t say.
It’s autogenerated using reflection.
