DataStores best practices should be its own heading

Issue Description
Best Practices is currently a subheading under Version 2.0 however all its practices are applicable to Version 1.0 except for key prefixes which can be rectified by adding in text along the lines of “to prepare for DataStore Version 2.0 stable release”.

DataStore best practices should be a key highlight to developers to want to go to when looking up documentation on DataStores. From a UX standpoint it is deemed as less important or something only relevant to DSV2 as a subheading but it’s important enough a topic that it should be on the same line as other topic headings like accessing, managing and limitations.
