"Date should not be in the future" error despite it being the 1st of the Month

Reproduction Steps

Create a new Experience in your Creator Page
Fill out the necessary areas
Make sure the date is the 1st of the month and put in the most recent month available (in this case November)

Expected Behavior
The field should be fine and allow us to post the experience

Actual Behavior
You get an error saying that the date shouldn’t be in the future as shown below:

Workaround
Make it a month prior and wait until it no longer errors
