DateTime FormatUniversalTime and FormatLocalTime show empty argument lists

The documentation for FormatUniversalTime and FormatLocalTime don’t show the arguments in the argument list. The actual arguments are (String format,String locale)

Also shouldn’t the FormatUniversalTime example use FormatUniversalTime not FormatLocalTime?

Hey, you’re right - they were missing the arguments. Forgot to link them in our CMS :man_facepalming: Fix that and the code sample, should be visible soon.
