DateTime.fromUniversal/LocalTime hour, minute, second, millisecond are formatted wrongly; highlight doesn't span proper width

Under the DateTime.fromUniversalTime and DateTime.fromLocalTime documentation pages, the default values are missing and the text is aligned to the top-left, also lacking any padding.

Further, hovering your cursor over it, the highlight doesn’t span the full width of the table.

This fixed it for the most part but there’s a small issue here, the lines are on a new line:

Versus on a different section on the same page, the paragraph starts on the same line:
