Day 1 retention stuck at 0 (bug?) (maybe hurting ads?)

Hey so, I’m making this because I am confused about why my day 1 retention went from 5-7% to just 0 now. I think it might have something to do with my game getting put under review and taken off the platform(june 19) , then put back on (June 21). But still 2 days, and it is still at 0% even though players are playing my game and coming back, and we got a steady player count of 8-10? Before my game got taken off the platform we were averaging 20-30 players sometimes peaking at 50., but now I can’t seem to pass 10. I am very concerned about this because I think my player statistics are hurting my ads as I am barely getting 10k impressions an hour when before I would get like a thousand impressions per minute, and I think my game might die because of it which makes me very sad. But then again my game just got put back up, and maybe I just gotta give it more time (hopefully) to return to normal. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue where their game gets taken off the platform for a few days and put back on, but suddenly their ads aren’t working the same and their day 1 retention just gets stuck on 0%. (my other stats are normal again but day 1 retention still broken)

Edit: My retention stats are back to normal today, and my ads are doing pretty good, and I boomed from like 10- 40 avg ccu players. Im not 100% sure if its because my game stats or because I changed my advertising method, but I also did change my advertising strategy today so that maybe also contributing to my player count.

nah im talking about the new ad system or the sponsors system.

I read the title wrong. I have no idea why this happened, but I’ve seen others with the same issue. Although, the others had no reduction in players.
