De Holy Sisters - Secrecy Levels.

As you may see, on the end of the title of all our documents there is an “L” followed by a number from 0 to 5. Those numbers are the Levels of classification of a certain document, going from 0 (document can be seen by anyone) to 5 (document can only be seen by SHR). Keeping certain documents from being freely shared is crucial to the group, considering how many things happen behind the scenes. Note that this is not because we have anything to hide from our patients, but rather because it’s information of no use to them.
There are 6 ranks of classification.
L0
The Lowest classification rank. Available to all ranks.
L1
Basic classification. Available only to all [LR] ranks and above.
L2
Middle-tier classification. Available only to all [MR] ranks and above.
L3
Important classification. Available only to all [AR] ranks and above.
L4
Extremely redacted classification. Available only to all [HR] ranks and above.
L5
Absolute secrecy. Available only to all [SHR] ranks.
Leaking any of our documents may result in:
- In case of disclosing an L0, nothing happens.
- In case of disclosing an L1, the user is immediately demoted by one rank, and has to wait an additional month in order to move to the next one above.
- In case of disclosing an L2, the user is immediately demoted back to Holy Educator, and has to wait an additional month in order to move to the one above.
- In case of disclosing an L3, the user is immediately demoted to Patient, and will never have access to any staff rank ever again.
- In case of disclosing an L4, the user is immediately kicked from the group, and will never have access to any rank or be able to participate in any group events ever again.
- In case of disclosing an L5, the user is exiled from the group, banned from all games of De Holy Sisters group, banned from the discord server and fully blacklisted to never participate within anything De Holy Sisters-related ever again.
We do not tolerate any Document Leakers.
All of our documentation additionally has a message at the bottom remembering it’s viewers the classification of the document and who they may share it with.
L0 documents:
This document is an L0 confidential document, therefore it is not redacted in any way and may be disclosed to anyone.
L1 documents:
This document is an L1 confidential document, therefore it cannot be disclosed to anyone not owning an L1 clearance, such as Patients and below.
L2 documents:
This document is an L2 confidential document, therefore it cannot be disclosed to anyone not owning an L2 clearance, such as Holy Educators and below.
L3 documents:
This document is an L3 confidential document, therefore it cannot be disclosed to anyone not owning an L3 clearance, such as Holy Doctors and below.
L4 documents:
This document is an L4 confidential document, therefore it cannot be disclosed to anyone not owning an L4 clearance, such as Holy Therapists and below.
L5 documents:
This document is an L5 confidential document, therefore it cannot be disclosed to anyone not owning an L5 clearance, such as Holy Nuns and below.
In case a document is ever leaked to you, if you don’t report it right away, you may also end up being accountable for hiding an information breach. If you ever witness any information breach, report it immediately to any SHR.
