My account recently got terminated from the roblox site for “Harassment” on a mic up game. I was doing a nerd voice bit but the problem is that its very context heavy to tell that I’m joking and not being mean. How would I effectively communicate to ROBLOX support that it was satire and I wasn’t actually making fun of anyone? I’ve never been termed so I’m not too used to handling stuff like this…
apparently, a dude was spam reporting everyone in the game because everyone I was talking to was laughing and was fine with it
There’s no definite one-way solution for dealing with this. The best thing to do would be to keep appealing and stating exactly what happened.
As of now, voice chat moderation seems to be automatically moderated by bots, so my best guess is that anyone with a certain number of reports regarding their VC usage will get terminated.
A year ago I was suspended from voice chat for literally no reason, I got a week ban or less, the next time I logged into another game (after 5 minutes or something) I got perm beta suspended, when I contacted roblox they just answered me the same nonsense without even providing any proof lol, I just love how roblox hires 18 year olds who can literally ban any voice chat until a big youtuber or developer complains about it.
