Decal becomes black when exported into blender

Here is the model in roblox studio:

Everything is the same except for the decal(s): eyes, mouth, eyebrows

Quick question: What render engine are you using and also have you tried looking at it in rendered mode? The black indicates that its alpha (transparent) so it should be transparent in rendered view!

how do i make it not transparent, you were correct. it was transparent

To get an image w/ alpha like this to display correctly, go here underneath ‘Viewport Display’ and select this Alpha Blend. Be sure to have the correct material selected.

If it doesn’t show, it’s likely because you’re on the wrong material. Go to edit mode on the mesh if it’s all grouped into one, face select, and select one of the faces of the decal to be 100% positive you’ve got the right one.
