Decal Upload Failure

I can’t seem to upload decals. Are they being hidden until moderation approves of them? I would expect a “Pending moderation” image to show up.

This seems to have been fixed many months ago Decals fail to upload - #8 by BobaMuncher, but I still have the issue.

I am also unable to upload decals on Roblox Studio. When hitting “create” (shown below), the image is not displayed and the TextureId remains blank.

For some reason that was also happening with me.

Sometimes it even happens with audios, models and meshes, they take a very long time to appear in my inventory (both in studio and site)
