Try placing it in Studio. The preview on the site is sometimes displaying itself incorrectly. Usually it is not corrupted when used.

What Opertaik said, yesterday I uploaded a texture file for a sword and I got moderated for it, so it’s maybe a issue on what’s happening with decals. Other than that, if you just use the ID in Roblox studio, it works fine.
I think it would probably work just fine, but if it didn’t try reuploading it. The problem might be with the image. If not try reuploading it.
